If you wish to return/refund an item, make sure that the following conditions are met. 

The following conditions apply to all BeBe by SO-EN Returns:

• Original order slip
• Clothing item with hangtag
• Within 7 days upon receiving the parcel

The following conditions apply to all BeBe by SO-EN Refunds:

• All refunds will only be processed thru Bank transfers
• Cancelled orders that is made on our end due to the address is out of courier's serviceable areas will be advised and refunded accordingly.

The following reasons for return/refund are applicable

• Did not receive the order
• Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
• Received the wrong product/s (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different product)
• Received a product with physical damage (e.g. scratched, torn, miscolored)

 The following reasons for return/refund are NOT applicable

• Change of mind/wrong item ordered
• Personal sanitary products - such as diapers, plastic panties, briefs, etc.

Please note that any request that does not meet BeBe's Return and Refund policy is ineligible for return/refund. Bebe by SO-EN has the right to refuse any return/refunds due to fraudulent suspicions.
